During 3 - 8 Dec 2019, Another rather strong high pressure areas will extend to cover upper Thailand and South China Sea. Decreasing temperature by 8-10C, cool to cold with windy is likely in the North and the Northeast while cold to very cold with isolated frost on mountaintops minimum temperature 1-9 C. Decreasing temperature by 6-8C, cool with windy is likely in the Central and the East. Less rain is forecast in the South. The strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf of Thailand and the South throughout of period. The wind wave in the lower Gulf is 2-4 meters high and above 4 meters high throughout of period.
Typhoon “KAMMURI” over Pacific Ocean. It is expected move pass Philippines to the middle South China Sea during 3-5 December 2019 after that downgrade and no effect to Thailand.

During 3 – 8 Dec 62, Residents along the Gulf’s shore should watch for inshore surges. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore throughout the period. People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due cold weather.
