General Situation The high-pressure still cover Thailand causes cool to cold over the upper country. Slight rise in temperature over upper Thailand while remain cold to very cold in the North and Northeast has the minimum temperatures ranging 7-14 C. The mountaintops are very cold with frost in some areas and the minimum temperatures in range of 1-8 C. In the Central region including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East region, it is forecast to have cool to cold weather with the minimum temperatures ranging 14-21 C. People keep healthy and beware of fire due to the changeable and dry weather.
The moderate northeast monsoon across the Gulf the South causes the wind rising the waves up to about 2 meters from the lower Gulf from Surat Thani southward. All ships should proceed with caution.
