Weather Forecast During 13 - 14 Dec, the high pressure area covering upper Thailand will weaken and cause increasing temperature by 1-3 C with morning fog while cool to cold weather remains over the upper country. In the North and the Northeast, the minimum temperature 10-19 C is forecast in this area while cold to very cold on mountaintops, minimum temperature 1-12 C. The minimum temperature 18-22 C is likely in the Central, the East, including Bangkok Metropolis and Vicinity. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South and cause the moderate wind and waves rise up to 1 - 2 meters high in Nakhon Si Thammarat southward. During 15 - 19 Dec, the high pressure keep weakening and cause increasing temperature by 2-4 C with morning fog and isolated dense fog while cool weather remains in the North and the Northeast. The weak northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will weaken with more rains are forecast for the lower South and the weak wind and waves over the Gulf and the Andaman Sea. Warning During 15 - 19 Dec, people in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to the changeable weather and beware of fog and dense fog
