General Situation The weak high-pressure covers Thailand and cause morning fog and cool to cold weather remains in the upper country while fair sky is likely during the day. The North and the Northeast have the minimum temperatures ranging 14-21 C, and the mountaintops are cold to very cold with the minimum temperatures in range of 5-15 C. All transport should proceed with caution in foggy areas. The easterly wind prevails over the South China Sea and the Gulf. Thundershowers are likely in the lower South. In the lower Gulf from Surat Thani southwards, the winds rise the waves up 1 - 2 meters high and about 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution.
