General Situation The rather strong high-pressure system covers the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea cause the Northeast have decreasing temperatures by 1-3 C while the westerly trough covers the upper North and the upper Northeast of Thailand effect this area isolated thundershowers and hails in the North. The plains in the North and the Northeast have minimum temperatures in range of 15-19 degrees Celsius. Mountaintops are cold to very cold with minimum temperatures in range of 5-13 degrees Celsius. The East and the Central regions have isolated light rain with morning cool mostly in the upper part. People in upper Thailand should stay safe and keep healthy.
The easterly winds prevail over the South and the Gulf with isolated thundershowers.
