General Situation The high-pressure system covers the Northeast, the East of Thailand and the South China Sea is weakening. And the westerly wind in the upper air prevail covers the North. These cause in the upper country remains cool weather with fog. The plains in the North and the Northeast have cool weather with the minimum temperatures in range of 16-21 degrees Celsius. Mountaintops are cold to very cold with minimum temperatures in range of 7-15 degrees Celsius. The Central and the East have cool weather with the minimum temperatures in range of 20-24 degrees Celsius. In the daytime, there is strong sunlight. People in the North should beware of thundershowers and gusty wind.
The moderate easterly wind prevails across the lower Gulf and the lower South of the country. In the lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammarat southward, the waves 1-2 meters high.
