General Situation The westerly trough at high altitude prevails across the North with cold air from the Himalayas. Cool to cold, drop in temperature 1-2 degrees Celsius are likely in the North. Mountaintops are cold to very cold with minimum temperatures in range of 3-14 degrees Celsius. The weakening high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. There remains morning cool weather with fog in the Northeast, the Central and the East, during the day sunny sky is likely. All transport should proceed with caution in foggy area.
The easterly wind prevails across the lower Gulf and the lower South of the country, and less rain is forecast for the South.
