General Situation The weak high-pressure system covers the Northeast and the South China Sea while the westerly trough at high altitude prevails across the North. These causes are fog in the morning with dense fog in some area likely in the upper Thailand, the North and the Northeast are cool weather in the morning. Mountaintops in the North and Northeastern are cold to very cold with minimum temperatures in range of 5-14 degrees Celsius. All transport should proceed with caution in foggy area.
The easterly wind prevails across the lower Gulf and the lower South of the country is weakening and less rain is forecast for the South.
