General Situation The westerly trough at high altitude still blows the cold air from the Himalayas to the North of Thailand while the weak high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and South China Sea. Morning cool to cold weather is still forecast with possible isolated patchy fog but fair sky during the day in the North and the Northeast. On the mountaintops, cool to cold weather is forecast with minimum in range of 2-14 C. All transport should proceed with caution in foggy areas. The southeasterly wind prevails across the Central, the East including Bangkok and its vicinity, with isolated thundershowers. The Easterly wind prevails over the South and the Gulf cause less rain in the South.
