General Situation The high-pressure system remains over the Northeast and the South China Sea while the westerly trough at high altitude still blows the cold air from the Himalayas to the North and the upper Northeast. Morning cool to cold weather is still forecast with possible isolated patchy fog but fair sky during the day in the North and the Northeast. On the mountaintops, cool to cold weather with isolated frost is forecast for the North. All transport should proceed with caution in foggy areas. The southeasterly wind prevails across the Central and the East with outbreaks of thundershowers.
The strong easterly wind prevails across the Gulf and the South with more rain possible in the South.
