General Situation The moderate high-pressure system from China covers the upper northeast and the South China Sea while the westerly trough prevails over the North of Thailand. The plains of the North and the Northeast are cool to cold in the morning and minimum temperatures in range of 14-22 C. The mountaintops are cool to cold with isolated frost in the North, minimum temperature ranging 2-14 C. People in the North and the Northeast keep warm and stay safe. The easterly wind and the southeasterly prevails over the Central, the East the South and the lower Gulf of Thailand, leading to outbreaks of thundershowers for the lower South.
Dust situation: In the central region including Bangkok and its vicinity, light winds blowing around the area with isolated rain will make an accumulation of dust.
