During 22 - 24 Jan, the high pressure covering the Northeast and the South China Sea will weaken while the westerly trough prevails over the North. Cool to cold weather are forecast for the areas. The southeasterly wind prevails over the Central, the East including Bangkok and its vicinit. Isolated thundershowers are likely in the areas. The easterly wind over the lower South will be stronger leading to more rain in the South. The wind wave 1- 2 meters are likely in the lower Gulf of Thailand. During 25-27 Jan, another high pressure will extend to the Northeast and the South China Sea while the westerly trough will move pass the North and the Northeast. Thundershower with gusty wind are expected over the upper country at the first period then drop in temperature by 1-3C. Isolated rain is forecast in the South.

Northern Part

Cold to very cold on mountaintops with isolated frost, minimum temperature 2-12C.
Northeastern Part
