General Situation The weak high-pressure system covers the upper northeast and the South China Sea. Meanwhile the westerly trough prevails over the North of Thailand. The plains of the North and the Northeast are cool to cold in the morning and minimum temperatures in range of 13-22 C. The mountaintops are cool to cold with isolated frost in the North, minimum temperature ranging 4-16 C. All transport should proceed with caution in foggy areas. The easterly wind and the southeasterly prevails over the Central, the East the South and the lower Gulf of Thailand, leading to outbreaks of thundershowers for the lower South.
Dust situation: In the North, the Central region including Bangkok and its vicinity, light winds blowing around the area with isolated light rain will make an accumulation of dust.
