General Situation The weak high-pressure system covers the upper northeast and the South China Sea while the westerly trough moves to upper Laos. Fog is likely in the morning over the upper country while the plains of the North and the Northeast are cool to cold in the morning and minimum temperatures in range of 14-22 C. The mountaintops are cool to cold with isolated frost in the North, minimum temperature ranging 4-15 C. All transport should proceed with caution in foggy areas. The southeasterly wind prevails over the Central, the East while the easterly winds prevails across the South, leading to outbreaks of light rain.
Dust situation: In the North, the Central region including Bangkok and its vicinity, light winds blowing around the area with isolated light rain will make an accumulation of dust and smog in a few days.
