General Situation The high-pressure covers the Northeast, the East, the Central and the South China Sea. Cool to cold weather remain with minimum temperatures in range of 10-18 C in the areas and decreasing temperatures by 1-2 C in the Northeast, the East and the Central. On the mountaintops, cold to very cold weather remains forecast with isolated frost and minimum temperatures in range of 2-11 C. The Central and the East region has cool condition in the morning while fair sky is forecast during the day. People in the upper country keep healthy. The stronger easterly wind across the South cause more rain over the South.
Dust situation: In the central region including Bangkok and its vicinity, the easterly wind prevails causing a decrease in dust/smog. In the north, the light wind ruled with the bad lifting of air parcel in the morning affecting the more accumulation of dust/smog.
