General Situation The high-pressure system over the upper Thailand and the South China Sea is weaken cause morning fog. But cool to cold weather remain with minimum temperatures in range of 14-21 C in the North and the Northeast. The Central and the East regions have cool condition and fog in the morning. On the mountaintops, cold to very cold weather remains forecast with minimum temperatures in range of 3-13 C. People in the upper country keep healthy and all transports should take extra caution due to the poor visibility. The moderate easterly wind across the South causes more rain over the South.
Dust situation: In the central region including Bangkok and its vicinity, the easterly wind prevails across this area is weaken cause increasing accumulate dust / smog.
In the North, the weather is not well lifted in the morning and breezy, causing the morning to accumulate dust / haze. Afternoon will get better as the weather is better.
