General Situation The weak high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea with morning fog. There remains cool to cold with minimum temperatures in range of 13-21 C in the North and the Northeast. The Central and the East regions have cool condition with in the morning, and isolated thundershowers are possible due to the southeast winds prevailing. On the mountaintops, cold to very cold weather remains forecast with minimum temperatures in range of 4-14 C. People in the upper country keep healthy, and all transports should take extra caution due to the poor visibility.
The moderate easterly wind across the South causes isolated thundershowers over the South.
Dust situation: In the central region including Bangkok and its vicinity, the weak easterly wind across this area causes more accumulation of dust/smog and isolated rain. In the North, more accumulation in the morning but afternoon is expected due to bad ascending of air-parcel.
