General Situation The westerly trough moves to cover the North. The high-pressure system from China that covers the Northeast and the South China Sea is weakening. Cool to cold are likely in the North and the Northeast, a decrease in temperatures by 1-3 C in the North. People in the areas keep healthy during the changeable weather.
The strong easterly wind prevails over the Gulf and the South causes more rain and isolated thundershower in the South. The stronger wind will be observed in the lower south from Nakhon Si Thammarat passing south with waves 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore lasting 12 February.
Dust situation: the southeasterly wind across the central region, accumulation of dust/smog remains. In the North, more accumulation in the morning, including afternoon is expected due to bad ascending of air-parcel.
