During 11 - 14 Feb, the westerly trough covers the North cause cool to cold in the North, drop 2-4C in temperature. Cold to very cold is expected on the mountaintops with isolated frost, minimum temperature 2-12 C. While the high-pressure system that covers the Northeast and the South China Sea will be weakening. Cause increasing in temperature by 1-3C with morning fog over the North, the Central and the East. The easterly wind across the Gulf and the South will strengthen until 12 Feb, which causes the strong wind waves in the lower Gulf of Thailand that is 2 – 3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower areas. Afther that during 13 - 17 Feb, the easterly wind across the Gulf and the South will be weakening cause less rain in the South. The wind and wave over the Gulf will weaken with 1- 2 meters in the lower Gulf. During 15-17 Feb, another high pressure area from China will extende to covers the Northeast of Thailand effect cool to cold weather with windy and tempereratur will drop 2-4 C. The Central and the East are cool weather and temperature drop 1-3 C.

During 11 - 15 Feb, people in the North should keep healthy due to variable weather. All ships in the lower Gulf should proceed with cautions and small boats should keep ashore until 12 Feb 2020. During 15 - 17 Feb, people in the Northeast, the Central and the East should keep healthy due to variable weather.
