General Situation Another high-pressure system from China cover the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea while the weak easterly winds prevail across the Gulf.
Cool to cold condition in the morning stays in the North and the Northeast while decreasing temperatures by 2-4 C will be likely in the North and 1-2 C, in the North, the Central and the East regions. In the South, the weak wind-waves are likely in the Gulf.
Dust situation: the southeasterly wind across the central region cause a decrease in accumulation of dust/smog. In the North, more accumulation in the morning but afternoon is expected due to bad ascending of air-parcel.
