During 19-23 Feb, the high-pressure area from China covers upper Thailend and the South China Sea. Cool to cold weather with strong wind is forecast in the Northeast, the East, and the Central including vicinity. Cool is likely in the East and the Central. During 24-25 Feb, the high-pressure area from China over upper Thailend and the South China Sea will weaken. A slight rise in temperature is likely over upper Thailand but cool to cold in the North and the Northeast.
The strengthening easterly wind prevails across the South and the Gulf. The wind in the lower Gulf of Thailand from Nakhon Si Thammarat southward rise the waves up to 2-4 meters and more than 3 meters high in thundershowers throughout the period.

During 19-23 Feb, people in the North and the Northeast should keep healthy due to variable weather. All ships in the lower Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats should keep ashore until 24 Feb.
