During 21 - 23 Feb, the strong high-pressure area from China covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Cool to cold weather with strong wind is forecast in the Northeast, the East, and the Central including vicinity. Cool is likely in the East and the Central. During 24 - 27 Feb, the high-pressure area from China over upper Thailand and the South China Sea will weaken. Temperature will rise 1-4 C with fog in the morning is likely over upper Thailand but still cool weather in the North and the Northeast.
The strong easterly wind prevails across the South and the Gulf during 21- 24 Feb, 2020. The wind wave in the lower Gulf of Thailand from Nakhon Si Thammarat southward rise the waves up to 2-4 meters. After that the strong easterly wind is weanken and wind wave is weakening, too.

During 21 - 23 Feb, people in the North and the Northeast should keep healthy due to variable weather. All ships in the lower Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats should keep ashore until 24 Feb.
