In upper Thailand morning cool weather is likely while morning light fog is forecast for the North, the Northeast and the Central regions. All transport proceed with caution in foggy areas.
Dust situation: the easterly wind across the central region brings about more accumulation of dust/smog. In the North, the accumulation in the morning is rather high due to bad ascending of air-parcel.
