Morning fog in upper Thailand. Cool weather with fog is forecast for the North, the Northeast and the Central. All transport proceed with caution in foggy areas.
Dust situation: the weakening easterly wind across Bangkok and vicinity, brings about more accumulation of dust/smog. In the North, the accumulation is rather high due to bad ascending of air-parcel.
