General Situation The weakening high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea while the southeasterly wind prevails over the Central and the East and the weakening easterly wind prevails across the Gulf.
There remains morning cool in the North and the Northeast while fog and day hot with increasing temperature are forecast in the upper country. Light rain is forecast for the South. All transport proceeds with caution in foggy areas.
Dust situation: the weakening southeasterly wind prevails across Bangkok and its vicinity with the accumulation of dust/smog remains high. In the North, the accumulation is rather high due to bad ascending of air-parcel.
