During 27 – 31 Mar, the heat low cell covers upper Thailand with hot to very hot weather in the areas. During 1 – 2 Apr, southerly and Southeasterly winds prevails the Northeast and the East while hot to very hot remains in the upper country. Outbreaks of thunderstorm, strike of lightning with gusty winds are forecast for upper Thailand with some hails in the Northeast and the East. The Easterly wind prevailing the Gulf and the South will strengthen and cause more rain over the South.
