During 2 – 3 Apr, the heat low cell covers upper Thailand. The high pressure area from China will extend to the Northeast and the South China Sea while the southerly wind and the southeasterly wind prevails over the Northeast, the East, the Central and the lower North. Meanwhile, hot to very hot weather are forecast in upper Thailand. Outbreaks of thunderstorms will be likely in the upper country, It also accompanies with thunderstorms, lighting strikes and gusty winds, and hail is possible for some areas. The strengthening easterly wind prevails the Gulf and the South cause more rain over the South. During 4 – 5 Apr, another high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Thunderstorms will be likely in the upper country continuously. During 6 – 8 Apr, the heat low cell covers the North and the Central. Hot to very hot weather are expected in this areas while the southerly wind and the southeasterly prevail over the Northeast, the Central, the East and the lower North. Isolated thundershowers are likely in these areas. The weak easterly wind prevails over the South and the Gulf with less rain in the South.

During 2 – 5 Apr, people in upper Thailand should keep off tree, unsecured building and billboards. Farmers should beware of crop damage.

the eastern and lower part.
