General Situation The heat low covers upper Thailand with hot condition while the high-pressure system from China covers Laos, Vietnam and the South China Sea. This leads to the southerly and southeasterly winds prevailing across the lower North, the Northeast, the Central and the East regions.
Outbreaks of thunderstorms will be likely over upper Thailand, accompanying with thunderstorms, lightning strikes and gusty winds and hail. People stay safe by keeping off big trees, outdoor places and unsecured buildings. Farmers should prevent for crop damage.
Dust situation: The stronger southerly and southwesterly winds across Bangkok and its vicinity bring about less accumulation of dust/smog. In the upper North, more accumulation is forecast in the morning due to bad ascending of air-parcel.

Isolated thunderstorms with gusty winds mostly in Uttaradit, Kamphaeng Phet, Tak, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Phichit and Phetchabun.

Northeastern Part Hot to very hot. Scattered thunderstorms with gusty winds and hail mostly in Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani.
