General Situation The heat low covers upper Thailand bringing about hot to very hot condition while the high-pressure system from China covers the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. Outbreaks of thunderstorms with gusty winds are likely in the upper country and hail. People should beware of the severe condition by keeping off big trees, and unsecured buildings. Farmers should prepare for crop damage.
Dust situation: In the upper North, more accumulation is forecast in the morning due to bad ascending of air-parcel while the upper Central region including Bangkok and its vicinity has less accumulation of dust/smog.

Isolated thunderstorms with gusty winds and hail
mostly in Chiang Mai Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Phichit, Kamphangphet, Sukhotha and Tak.
Minimum temperature 21-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-40 C.
Southwesterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Northeastern Part Cloudy. Isolated thunderstorms with gusty winds and hail
mostly in Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen,Chaiyaphum,
Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram and Surin.
Minimum temperature 20-24 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C.
Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Central Part Hot. Scattered thunderstorms with gusty winds and hail in someplace
mostly in Chainat, Uthai Thani, Nakhon Sawan, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Pra Nakhon Si Ayuthaya, Singburi, Ang Thong, Suphanburi, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Samutsongkam.

Eastern Part Hot. Scattered thunderstorms with gusty winds and hail in some places
mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri,
Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.

Southern Part (East Coast) Hot with isolated thundershowers
mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon and Surat Thani.

Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Wave below 1 meter and about 1 meter in thundershowers area.
Southern Part (West Coast) Hot with isolated thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket and Krabi.
