On 21 Apr, the heat low cell still covers the upper country with hot to very hot in the upper country. The southerly wind and the southeasterly wind prevails over the lower Northeast and the East with isolated thundershowers in the areas. For the South, the easterly wind will weakening and cause less rain. During 22 – 27 Apr, the rather strong high pressure area from China will extend to the Northeast and the South China Sea while hot to very hot over upper Thailnd. Thunderstorms with gusty wind and hails will be likely in the upper country. The severe conditions are expected in the Northeast and the East at the first day then to the rest region. The strengthening easterly wind prevailing the South and the Gulf cause more rain in the South.
Warning
During 22 – 26 Apr, people in upper Thailand should keep off tree, unsecured building and billboards. Farmers should beware of crop damage.
Northern Part
During 21 – 23 Apr, hot to very hot during the day. Isolated thundershowers mostly in the lower part.

During 24 – 27 Apr, scattered thunderstorms with gusty wind and hails.

Northeastern Part
On 21 and 26-27 Apr, hot to very hot with isolated thundershowers in the lower part.
