Weather Forecast: During 22 – 26 Apr, the rather strong high pressure area from China will extend to the Northeast and the South China Sea while hot to very hot over upper Thailnd. Thunderstorms with gusty wind and hails will be likely in the upper country. The severe conditions are expected in the Northeast and the East at the first day then to the rest region. During 27 – 28 Apr, the heat low cell still covers the upper country with hot to very hot in the upper country. The southerly wind and the southeasterly wind prevails over the lower Northeast and the East with isolated thundershowers in the areas.
During 25 - 28 Apr, The strengthening easterly wind prevailing the South and the Gulf cause more rain in the South. The wind wave in the lower South region will strengthen, about 2 meters high.
Warning
Warning: During 22 – 26 Apr, people in upper Thailand should keep off tree, unsecured building and billboards. Farmers should beware of crop damage. During 25-28 Apr, people in Southern of Thailand should beware increasing thundershowers with gusty wind. And all ships should proceed with caution.
