During 11-13 May, the high pressure area from China extends to upper Thailand and the South China Sea while hot to very hot conditions are likely in area. Including, the southerly and the southeasterly winds blow with the humidity over the upper country. Outbreaks of summer storms, thunderstorms, lighting strikes, and gusty winds, are expected in the Northeast, the North, the East, and the Central. Hail also is possible for some areas. During 14 – 17 May, the southerly and the southeasterly winds still prevail upper Thailand while hot to very hot over those areas. Isolated thunderstorms with gusty winds are forecast in upper Thailand.
Warning
During 11-13 May, people in upper Thailand should keep off tree, unsecured building and billboards. Farmers should beware of crop damage.
Northern Part
During 11 - 13 May, hot to very hot. Scattered thunderstorms with gusty wind and hails.
During 14 – 17 May, hot to very hot. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms with gusty.
