General Situation The monsoon though lies across the upper North into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam. The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand, and the Gulf. Thundershowers remain over the whole country with heavy rain in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South-west coast. People in the risk areas should beware of severe conditions and stay tuned for the weather update.
The moderate wind waves in the Andaman Sea raise up to about 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershower.

Northern Part Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai,
Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan and Tak.

Northeastern Part Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Loei, Udon Thani, Nong Bua Lam Phu,
Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon and Nakhon Phanom.
Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C.
Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central Part Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani,
Suphan Buri, Chai Nat, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.
Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C.
Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern Part Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Chon Buri, Rayong,
Chanthaburi and Trat.

Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters in thundershowers areas.
Southern Part (East Coast) Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon,
Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat.

Nakhon Si Thammarat northward: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.

Southern Part (West Coast) Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Ranong and Phangnga.
