General Situation The moderate southwest monsoon remains cover the upper Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand is weakening while the low-pressure cell over the upper Vietnam and the bay of Tonkin. The upper Thailand is consist rain and still isolated heavy rains in east part of the North region and the upper Northeast. People should beware of the severe conditions.
