During 17 – 19 Aug, the southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and Thailand. Meanwhile, the monsoon trough lies across the upper portion of the North and the Northeast to the low pressure cell over upper Vietnam. More rain in the North and the upper Northeast with isolated heavy rain than the other parts.
During 20 – 23 Aug, the southwest monsoon still prevails across the Andaman Sea and Thailand. Including the monsoon trough lies across the upper portion of the North and the Northeast to the active low pressure cell over upper the South China sea. Increasing in rainfall over upper Thailand and Isolated heavy rain in the North, the Northeast, the Central, and the East. The wind waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand will be weaken.

During 20 – 23 Aug, People in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East should beware of the severe conditions that cause forest runoffs and flash floods.
Northern Part During 17 – 20 Aug, Scattered thundershowers. Isolated heavy rain in the eastern part.
