During 24 – 25 Aug, the southwest monsoon still prevails across the Andaman Sea and Thailand and including the monsoon trough lies across the upper portion of the North and the Northeast will weakening. decreasing rainfall over upper Thailand .
The category 4 severe tropical storm “Higos” over the Guangdong, China. It is expected to weaken, respectively and dissipate during 19-20 August 2020.
