During 28 Aug – 2 Sep, the monsoon trough will move to lie across the upper North and the upper Northeast while the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and Thailand. More rain is likely in the whole country with isolated heavy in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East.
The active low over the west Pacific, the east of the Philippines is expected to develop to the category 2 , tropical depression. This storm is forecast to move to Korea and Japan with no effect on Thailand.
