General Situation The weak monsoon trough lies across the upper North and the upper Northeast into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam. More rain is likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. The southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the South. Less rain is likely in the South.
The category 2, (tropical depression) over the west Pacific, the east of the Philippines. This storm is forecast to move to Korea and Japan with no effect on Thailand.
