During 20 ? 21 Oct, the high pressure area from China will cover the upper North and the upper Northeast. The monsoon trough lies across the upper South, and the East while the weak southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South, and the Gulf of Thailand, so less rain over upper Thailand but isolated heavy rain are still expected in the South. During 22 ? 25 Oct, the another high pressure area from China will extend to the North, the Northeast and the Central cause 2-4C drop in temperature with cool and windy in these areas. The monsoon trough will move down to lie across the South while the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen. More rain and isolated heavy rain are likely in the South.
The tropical depression overs Pacific ocean. It is expected to upgrade to be the tropical storm and to move pass Philippines to the South China Sea during 20-21 Oct, after that to move near the Coast of Vietnam during 23-24 Oct and downgrade to the low pressure.
