General Situation The high pressure system from China has covered the upper North and the Northeast of Thailand. Cool weather with isolated rain is possible for upper Thailand. People in the North and the Northeast keep healthy due to the changeable condition. The moderate monsoon trough across the lower South lead to isolated heavy rain in the South.
At 4.00 a.m. today (3 Nov 2020), a Category 3 Tropical storm GONI over the middle South China Sea is expected to enter the coast of middle Vietnam on 5 November.
