During 4-7 Nov, the high pressure from China covers the North and the Northeast with cool weather. A Category 3, tropical storm \"Goni\" over the middle South China Sea is expected to move to the coast of middle Vietnam and then weaken on 6 Nov 2020, with isolated heavy rain in the lower Northeast, the lower Central and the East including Bangkok and vicinity. The monsoon trough lies across the lower South with isolated isolated heavy rain. During 8-10 Nov, another rather strong high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand, Causing the temperature to decrease by 2-4 C, cool and strong wind is likely over upper Thailand. The monsoon trough lies across the lower south with the northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf of Thailand and the South will intensify. More rain with isolated heavy rain is likely in the South. The moderate wind waves are likely in the upper Gulf of Thailand about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.
A Category 3, tropical storm \"Atsani\" over the north of the Philippines is expected to downgrade during 6-7 November.
