General Situation The high pressure system from China covers the upper Thailand cause cool in the areas. People in the upper Thailand keep healthy due to the changeable condition. The moderate monsoon trough across the lower South lead to isolated heavy rain in the South.
A category 3 Tropical storm ?GONI? over the middle South China Sea. It is expected to make landfall over Qui-Nhon, Vietnam by tonight (5 November) after that downgrade to the tropical depression and the active low pressure. Isolated rain is likely in the Northeast and the East during 6-7 November 2020.
