General Situation The high pressure system from China covers the upper Thailand and cause cool in the areas with isolated rain. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with the low pressure covers the Malacca Strait leading to isolated heavy rain over the lower South.
A category 3 Tropical storm ?GONI? has downgraded to the tropical depression, expected to make landfall over Qui-Nhon, Vietnam by today (6 November) after that downgrade to the low pressure over Cambodia. Isolated rain is likely in the lower Northeast and the East during 6-7 November 2020.
