During 6 - 8 Nov, the high pressure from China covers the North and the Northeast with cool weather. A tropical storm \"Goni\" over the middle South China Sea is weaken before making landfall over the coast of middle Vietnam on 6 Nov 2020. Light to medium rain in upper Thailand, especially in the lower Northeast and the East. Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South associated with a low cell covers the Strait of Malacca. Isolated heavy rain is likely in the lower South. During 9 - 12 Nov, another rather strong high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand. Causing the temperature drops by 2-4 C, cool and strong wind are forecast over the area. The northeast monsoon that prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South will intensify. Isolated heavy rains remain in the lower South. The moderate wind waves are likely in the upper Gulf of Thailand about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.
A Category 3, tropical storm \"Atsani\" over the north of the Philippines is expected to downgrade during 6-7 November. This storm no effect Thailand. During 10-11 November active low pressure cell move to central Vietnam.
