General Situation The anther rather strong high pressure system from China covers upper Thailand. Cool with windy, 1-3C drop in temperature is likely over upper Thailand. People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather.
The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South causing continuous rain and isolated heavy rain are likely in the South. The moderate wind and waves are likely about 2 meters height in the Gulf and above 2 meters height in thundershowers. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower.
Tropical depression over the middle South China Sea upgrade to the tropical storm ?ETAU?. It is expected to make landfall over lower Vietnam during 10-11 November 2020 then downgrade to the tropical depression and the low pressure over Cambodia. Isolated rain and strong winds are likely over the Northeast and the East.
