General Situation The anther rather strong high pressure system from China covers upper Thailand. Cool with windy, 1-3 ?C drops is likely over upper Thailand. People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather.
The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South causing continuous rain and isolated heavy rain are likely in the South. People in the South, Chumphon southward should beware of severe condition. The moderate wind and waves are likely about 2 meters height in the Gulf and above 2 meters height in thundershowers. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower.
Tropical storm ?ETAU? over the middle South China Sea. It is expected to make landfall over lower Vietnam on
10 November 2020 then downgrade to the tropical depression and the low pressure over Cambodia. Isolated rain is likely over
the Northeast and the East.
