During 11 - 17 Nov, rather strong high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand causing the temperature drops by 3-5 C During 13 - 15 Nov, cool and strong wind are expected over the area. The northeast monsoon that prevails over the upper Gulf of Thailand and the South will intensify. Isolated heavy to very heavy rain is likely in the South. The moderate wind waves are likely in the upper Gulf of Thailand about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.
The category 5, typhoon ?Vamco? over the Pacific Ocean is expected moving through Philippine into the South China Sea and will make landfall the upper Vietnam during 15 ? 16 November. Isolated rain with strong wind is likely in the Northeast, the Central and the North this period.

People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather. People in the South should beware of the heavy rain and accumulated rain that may cause flash flood. Farmers should prepare for crops damage.
