The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South while the low cell pressure covers the Gulf and the South binging about isolated heavy to very heavy rains in the South. People in the South should beware of the severe conditions.
The strong wind and waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Gulf and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boat keep ashore during 12-14 Nov 2020.
