General Situation The rather strong high pressure system covers upper Thailand with cool to cold weather and strong winds. Cold to very cold weather is possible on mountaintops. People keep healthy due to the variable weather.
The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South binging about isolated heavy to very heavy rains in the South. People in the South should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash flood and water runoff. The strong wind and waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Gulf and more than 3 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boat keep ashore during 13-14 Nov 2020.

Southern Part (East Coast) Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rain
in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung,
Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.
Minimum temperature 20-23 C. Maximum temperature 26-32 C.
Northeasterly winds 20-40 km/hr.
Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Southern Part (West Coast) Cloudy with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain
in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
