Weather Forecast: During 13 - 14 Nov, the rather strong high pressure from China covers upper Thailand causing the temperature drops by 2-4 C, cool to cold and strong wind are expected over the areas. The strong northeast monsoon that prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South. Isolated heavy rain is likely in the South. The moderate wind waves are likely in the upper Gulf of Thailand about 2 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower areas. During 15 - 19 Nov, the high pressure will weaken and cause increasing by 3-5 C temperature, morning cool and fog are likely over the areas. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will weaken. Less rain and isolated heavy rain is likely in the South with the wind waves are forecast to be weaken in the Gulf of Thailand.
The category 4 , severe tropical storm ?Vamco? over the middle South China Sea. It is expected to make landfall over upper Vietnam on 15 November and downgrade to tropical depression and the low pressure. Isolated rain is likely in the Northeast and the North.
